on your computer.

One installer per system. Creatis then keeps itself up to date: the launcher and the software are one app.

Installation

Ready in four steps.

  1. Create your account

    Free, no credit card. It activates the software and your AI credits.

  2. Download

    Get the installer for your system above.

  3. Install

    Run the file and follow the wizard. On a Mac, drag Creatis into Applications.

  4. Log in

    With Apple, Google, a code sent by email or your password: your plan is recognised automatically.

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”

Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. This message appears for recently released apps until Microsoft recognises their signature.

Mac: is Creatis signed by Apple?

Yes. Creatis is signed with an Apple “Developer ID” certificate and notarised by Apple. On first launch, macOS simply asks you to confirm that you want to open an app downloaded from the internet: click “Open”.

How do updates work?

Creatis checks for new versions every time it starts and offers them to you: one click to download, one click to restart. The « Creatis » card at the bottom left of the launcher also lets you check for an update at any time; the launcher and the software update together. Every file is verified (SHA-512 checksum) before installation, and your projects are never touched.

Where are my projects saved?

On your computer, in the “Creatis” folder in your Documents (you can change this in the settings). With the Studio plan, you can also send them to the cloud (10 GB): they are then updated every time you save and can be retrieved on all your computers.
