These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Creatis software and the creatis.info website, published by 2Bgroups (see the legal notice). By creating an account or using Creatis, you accept these Terms.

1. Purpose

Creatis is 3D building design software: modelling, architecture, real terrain, building services (electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation), quantity take-off and an artificial intelligence assistant. The website lets you discover the product, create an account, subscribe to a plan and download the software.

2. Account

Using the software requires a personal account. You can log in with an email address and a password, with a one-time code sent by email, or with your Apple or Google account. You guarantee that the information you provide is accurate and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.

3. Licence

2Bgroups grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the software for the duration of your plan. You agree not to copy, decompile, disassemble, resell or redistribute the software without written permission, except within the limits permitted by law.

4. Artificial intelligence and credits

AI features use credits, the monthly volume of which depends on your plan. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; additional purchased credits remain available. The software remains usable once the allowance has been reached.

5. Indicative results: terrain, building services, calculations and take-off

Creatis produces models, network layouts, design calculations (cable sizes, voltage drops, flow rates) and quantity take-offs intended to prepare and present a project. These outputs are indicative: they do not replace the study of an architect, an engineering firm or a qualified professional, nor the applicable standards and rules (NF C 15-100, DTU, planning, safety and accessibility regulations), compliance with which remains your responsibility.

Terrain data (elevation, aerial photography, cadastral boundaries) comes from public sources (IGN, DGFiP, Base Adresse Nationale, OpenStreetMap, Copernicus). The cadastral map has no legal value for property boundaries and the elevation model may differ from the actual ground by several tens of centimetres: only a chartered surveyor (géomètre-expert) can establish a boundary survey or a topographic plan.

6. Your projects and content

You retain full ownership of the models and projects you create with the software. They are saved on your computer; with the Studio plan, you can send a copy to the Creatis cloud, within the storage space included in the plan. Remember to keep your own backups.

By publishing a model in the community workshop, you authorise 2Bgroups to host it, display it and make it available to other Creatis users for as long as it remains published. You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to this content. Publications may be moderated and removed following a well-founded report or in the case of unlawful content.

7. Ownership of Creatis

The Creatis software, its logo, its interface and its documentation remain the exclusive property of 2Bgroups.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Creatis, in particular by circumventing quotas, massively automating requests, publishing unlawful content or interfering with the operation of the service.

9. Availability and liability

The software is provided as is. 2Bgroups strives to ensure its availability and proper operation, but cannot guarantee that it is entirely free of errors or that the online services (AI, cloud, public geographic data) will be available at all times. 2Bgroups cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the software, nor for design or construction decisions made on the basis of its results.

10. Account deletion, suspension

You can delete your account at any time from the software (Compte & abonnement → Supprimer mon compte, i.e. “Account & subscription → Delete my account”): your subscription is then cancelled immediately and your hosted data (account, credits, cloud projects, workshop publications, support requests) is erased; projects saved on your computer are not affected. 2Bgroups may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after notification except in an emergency.

11. Changes

2Bgroups may amend these Terms. Users are informed of any substantial change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
